Fire+Feast is the product of two passionate individuals, Al and Matthew, who bring decades of experience, a love for food, and a commitment to excellence to the art of high-end BBQ and hog roasts.
Al Morrow spent over 25 years as a film editor in cutting-edge television drama, yet his true passion has always been food, a journey that began with cooking for friends and family and evolved into crafting BBQ and hog roasts for exclusive weddings and events. Al applies the meticulous precision he developed in editing to create refined, memorable culinary experiences.
Matthew, originally from South Africa, grew up immersed in the tradition of open-fire cooking, a cornerstone of South African culture. After running his own distribution business and working as a DJ, Matthew returned to his roots in food, combining his love for people, cooking, and open-fire cuisine.
